Headed to above referenced for Reds and Specs this month. Have I picked a so so month or a banner month. Have not fished for Reds in over 30 years. Any and all info is greatly appreciated , thanking you in advance for your responses.

All depends on the weather.
Low sky pre front can be epic.
High sky north wind after front? Tough sledding.

Taking center consoles , prolly fish the jetties, flats and bays. Any and all suggestions or advise are welcome . We mainly fish for Stripes, sandies and Hybrids on PK and Bporte.
Have an opportunity to fish Port A, we're off the 17th to test the waters !

A total of three bull reds taken and released. As Holzer adeptly replied, north wind high skies and we added a full moon to the equation..ie... tuff sledding. Lots of Sailcats and Sheepsheads. Not the target fish , fun none the less.
