The Ray Hubbard Bass Club will hold our second meeting of 2022 this Thursday night, February 10th at 7:00. We are at a new location for this year. We will be hosted by the Flying Fish Restaurant in Firewheel Town Center in Garland. The address is 4430 Lavon Drive, Suite 388, Garland, TX 75040. We will be meeting in the back room. I will include a link at the bottom of this post. We WILL be awarding AOY points for meeting attendance this month.

We will be taking memberships for 2022. Membership costs $30.00 and it includes your entire immediate family. If you will be a new member, you must attend the meeting to join. Returning members if your information has not changed, simply sign in, pay your membership and you are all set. If you have changed any contact info, we ask that you fill out the info sheet. Cameron Laing and Shellye Crawford will be taking your info and money.

We will talk about our first tournament coming up this Saturday February 12th on Lake Ray Hubbard, We will run the tournament from Chandlers Landing Marina and first cast that day will be 6:50AM. Chandlers is giving us a half price launch fee of $10.00 for that day. You will pay that at registration. Full details will be here in the Bass Clubs section. We will vote on whether to allow double dipping with the Tournament being hosted by Larry Ladnier and Victory Fishing also at Chandlers this Saturday. We will explain the differences in rules before we vote.

We will choose a finishing time for our Cypress Springs tournament in March. First cast that day will be at 6:20 going out of Overlook Park. We will introduce the 2022 Officers. We will go over the 2022 Schedule. We will go over the Rules/By Laws changes voted in at the close of the 2021 season. We will go over tournament procedures, AOY and Championship qualification especially for any new members who are with us for the first time, and answer any questions you may have.

We have leftover 2X and 3X FFAC 2021 shirts on sale for very cheap.

Members! We will have discussion Thursday night because of the hazardous wind forecast for Saturday of moving the tournament to Sunday the 13th. Come prepared to discuss and vote. However the members vote, that's what we will do.
