I’m putting together a bait wagon to pull behind my wheelchair and have the option of either a soft sided rectangle model or your typical round variety. My ? Is does shape make a difference when holding minnows? Thanks, I’ll post pictures when it’s finished.

I prefer a round 5 gallon bucket.
It keeps them swimming in a circle and no corners to pile up in.
I also use a quite bubbles aeration to keep them alive and it works good,
