Gentlemen any help would greatly appreciated trying to find local spots to get shad in Ellis County area. Thanks I advance.

Good to see you T-MAC.Place Sure has changed since Yesteryear.I still have that photo of that Blue I caught at Tawakoni on Your Boat. Hope someone will chime in.

No help here. I am not familiar with that area. I usually fish Twok and they are in the channel

Years ago, some guides said that they were having to go to the hot water discharge on Mountain Creek, to get shad.
That's Grand prairie. It's also a risk for your life.
I'm glad there are wine drinkers in this world ..... it saves more beer for the rest of us.

I know all about mountain creek. Born and raised in GP def would be there before daylight!
