Tried your cheeseburger soup yesterday. It was very good. Next I am going to use 50/50 beef and sausage crumbles. I think that will take it to the next level.

Tried your cheeseburger soup yesterday. It was very good. Next I am going to use 50/50 beef and sausage crumbles. I think that will take it to the next level. Let me know how good it is with the sausage crumbles plz

I made the meat mixture 50/50 with half being beef and the other half being Johnsonville breakfast sausage. It was good but it didn't have the pop I was looking for. The next time we make, I want to try 100% Italian sausage. If that works then I may add some diced poblano peppers for a little kick.
