So I have the standard plug in on my Basscat from 2003. Can I just use that? Is there a male coupling that will take the Garmin wires? THe Garmin are very thick and wont fit into the one that came off my old TM. Or should I hard wire or buy a different plug

I ran new 4ga. and hardwired to battery, used one of these up front so I can remove if needed.
