After having a week of being sick, my dad and i are finally making it out to the water tonight 4 to sundown once he is done with work. Was wondering if the weather conditions are favorable for fish? i have frozen buffalo chunks for bait and will be heading to Lake Lewisville in the old dam area (bank fishing.) new to weather conditions and how to fish them for cats, so i appreciate the pointers!

Only 1 way to know for sure Daniel! Wind blowing across or into where your fishing is a huge plus! That area you fishing has the potential to produce but to tell you the truth that part of the lake a large percentage of the fish have moved out to deeper water. Your best bet might be around the north side of 35e bridge by arrowhead park. This area is loaded with fish and bait right now much better than the old lake. [Linked Image]

There is a fine line between fishing and floating around like an idiot!!
