Re-watched the video of the "16" pounder. The scale they used at the ramp consistently read 15.4, 15.8, 15.2, then it blipped to 16.4 for a few seconds and they took a pic. You can hear him say "the problem is it keeps going down to 15.2 lbs"... Then in the next video TPWD weighs it at one of their facilities that same day and it weighs 15.66 lbs. Even the scale they used in the boat read like 15.8 or something.
If I caught it I'd want it to be 16.4 lbs too, but it just wasn't.
