I ride my mountain bike 4-5 times a week. Sometimes trails, other times I ride my crossover on the street. Strictly for fitness purposes. It’s far more interesting and fun than an elliptical and I fell like I Get more exercise in. If you have a bike, get on it and ride. It does a body good.

Agreed. 1200 miles in 2021, already matching that pace so far this year. Thanks for the encouragement.

I used to ride but got tired of cars trying to run me off the road.

For those that ride.....be safe! There's entirely way too many idiot drivers on the roadways nowadays for me to ride. I'll stick with a brisk walk through the parks.

I love to ride and intended to cruise around Lake Lewisville. So I put together this ride but I fractured my foot and will be in this darn boot for a while. Got to find someone to enjoy my project. Looks like I have some work to do to ditch this boot.
