Not sure how that is greedy. One small hotel room at the lake is about $100 per night. My house sleeps double the people, is fully furnished, and has 2 brand new grills and a kitchen to cook. Sounds like a pretty good deal to me. Thanks for the comment keyboard commando.

Will that price hold if we have 4 guys in the house? I'd say pretty cheap for 4 = $56/ea.
