I'm gonna go to Tawakoni tomorrow and try to drift up some eaters. Anyone want to share a particular part of the lake and/or depth where they may be.
Thanks

The wind is forecast to be blowing 20 to 30 with gusts to 45. You might want to rethink that. Twok is a dangerous place with those conditions. Stay safe.

Hello Tim,
Thanks for that heads up about the weather. I decided 30-40 years ago not to pay a lot of attention to forecast. I go and if they are right I go home. I would have missed a lot of outings in those years if I just stayed home. Perfect day today. Partly cloudy 8-12 MPH wind. Caught a few but not enough for a mess so chuncked them back.
Thanks
Mike

I don't know about a perfect day. I am in forney and wind was blowing 45 mph out of the north at daylight.

My point exactly. Paid no attention and we got to west two mile launch and took one of the 2 spots left.
Good Fishing

Hey Crank, After some head scratching, I think I figured out you were talking about Saturday morning. We went on Friday.
Good fishing

Yes I was talking about Saturday. There was a bass tournament on sam Rayburn and it took almost 20 pounds to win. I can't catch fish in perfect conditions. Glad yall had a good trip. Tawakoni is the worst in a big wind. I almost sank a jon boat years ago when a squaw line caught me.
