 Lowrance AI 2 install

Just installed an AI 2 Lowrance transducer on a HD Live and there is no item for this transducer in the installation menu setup. I spend about an hour with tech support and they did not have an answer other than a new software update is coming out on Jan. 12.

That transducer is downscan and sideimage only. Transducers with Sonar require installation setup so nothing to setup on the AI 2n1

No Sonar no installation setup at all. Select your frequency on the downscan or sideimage Page Menu its either 455 or 800 Do you have a transducer besides the AI 2-1 for sonar? If not you have to have one in order to make the 2-1 get its depth from. If you already have one you are good to go.
