I can second the Reolink if you don't have wifi or power to the camera location. We have the 4g LTE PT Plus model with a solar panel using the Mint data provider plan. It requires a SIM card for every camera and they also offer cloud storage for free with one camera, small monthly fee for additional cameras. About the only thing I don't like is that the motion capture is limited to 10 seconds after the trigger. I get an immediate notification from the app on my phone and can into live view if necessary.

Cameras are interesting but the Police often have high quality video of people doing crimes and never catch them. You usually need more than someone's face on a camera. You need someone to tell you who that face is and then where to find them. Crimers know this as well. Cameras are not the deterrent you might think nor are they wildly helpful in finding a suspect. Anyone smart about this would be wearing a mask anyway... dont want the COVIDs.
