My ex Wife’s father was a cotton, grain farmer near Bishop Tx, South of Corpus. We had a pretty good Tropical Storm or something of that nature, been to many years. I showed up to check on the in laws after it was over. He said you got to see this. He had a number two wash tub with about 15 or 20 small sand bass, or white bass as they call them in South Texas. He scooped them up out of a low spot in his plowed grain field not far from his house. My guess it was a small tornado, got sucked out of a tank or creek and dropped them in his plowed field. There were quite a few more on the ground around the low spot.
I never seen anything like it.
Thanks, Billy
