It was GREAT to get back out on the water and chase some bass with Steve after being out of pocket for various reasons for almost 2 months. Like he said it was crazy busy on the lake. I counted 15 boats in just one area we were fishing. With the lake getting hammered like this daily for at least a week it was no surprise that the bite was very tentative throughout the day. Our last day on Fayette for the year was a bit of a whimper compared to the incredible year overall. Looking forward to 2022 !!
