So if you could put a bucket list together of the top 3 lakes that you would hit what would they be and why?

Distance is not a factor....

the only "bucket list" lakes I can think of, would be any of the private lakes Bill Dance fishes, and Ray Scotts private lake... and you shouldn't have to ask why...LOL

I am somewhat new to Texas and am happy to have now been to seven lakes so far but these are the ones I am really looking forward to:

1. Possum Kingdom
2. Lake Fork
3. Sam Rayburn

One day I want to fish those Mexico lakes too.

Only one I really have is Lake Mead, not for the fishing but the scenery. Wish it would catch some water.

Being that I fish local ponds and park lakes in my kayak my choices might be skewed....

1. Monticello
2. Headwaters/Stick Marsh where Roland Martin does some cool videos
3. Clearlake

I'm planning to hit #1 next year. I love getting up north on the smallies. Got to fish at Lake Michigan and St. Clair this year.

1. St. Lawrence River
2. Lake Erie
3. Mille Lacs

Fork, Holbrook, Lake of the Pines, Palestine, any of the oxbow lakes along the Mississippi River in Louisiana, Caney Lake near Jonesboro, Louisiana, the Ouachita River out of Monroe, Louisiana, most any body of water in north Louisiana where there is numerous cypress trees to pluck bass from.
