Yestdy with Robert on a guided trip and let me tell ya these crappie have a mind of their own.... The bite was crazy good early as we put 15 big slabs in the boat and then the bite just almost shut off with only one here and one there.... The wind was so bad that it prevented us from fishing several good areas. Ater a bunch of moving and changing baits I remembered one bait that only works when no other bait does, got it tied on and it was like those fish were starving. The folks that say color don't matter well just don't forget to also let everyone know of the skunks you accept from not changing colors...... What was the color you ask? Well those top shelf secrets are revealed when they matter on guided trips.....

We finished the day with his full limit and had several magnum slabs in the mix....
