does anyone know how to stop mega 360 interference from showing up on my mega live? it stops when i put the 360 on standby.......HB says it cant be removed.. but ive seen several video's with both running and no interference... i would really appreciate any suggestion.... thanks

If your units are networked, INTERFERENCE REJECTION will prevent/lessen the cross-talk.

well i'm still lost.. the only manual i have is the one that came with mega live and there's not a page 43... i'm not exactly sure what the(network) process consist of.. if you could help me to understand this, i would be gratefull.... Thank You

well wayne i'm very computer illiterate, but on the website you shared i cant find anything with 43 pages...i have one helix gen 4 on the bow connected to the mega 360 and another connected to the mega live via ethernet cable.. are you thinking i should use an ethernet switch (box) to try to alleviate the crosstalk...

thanks 44 Diesel, for the suggestion.. ive allready tried that though, the HB support rep walked me through the process but it didnt help. from watching waynes videos i need to try and do what he's doing...he has it working perfect in fact the HB support rep told me i couldnt run the mega 360 & the mega live at the same time.... sometimes i think they dont know what they think they know...

You can view MEGA LIVE and MEGA 360 at the same time with a SOLIX, you cannot do that with a Helix.

You can view LIVE on a SOLIX and a Helix at the same time since LIVE is an Ethernet device.

i'm sorry i didnt make myself clear i have 2 seperate helix gen4's one to mega 360 and one to mega live.. i was talking to the HB support rep about interference on the mega live unit from the mega 360 unit...he said putting the 360 on standby was the only way to remove crosstalk ( iterference)

Already covered that==Interference Rejection. This is MEGA 360 and MEGA LIVE on two Helix units and no standby or unit turned off. Can do the same with a mix of Helix and SOLIX or all SOLIX units.
It requires an Ethernet Switch to have 3 or more devices networked.
