Here's what the wife a kiddo's got me for Christmas. I thought I made out pretty well. I got this Skeeter carpet decal. I need to hear from some of you that have installed these. Just wondered how I should go about it and is it removable?

When I bought my boat it had two skeeter logos on the carpet along with a Shimano one on the back deck. I don't know if they are similiar to what you got but the only concern I would have from my experience is those logos can get really slick when wet and when you remove one it may leave an outline. Like I said, I have no idea if what I have/had is anything like what you got. [Linked Image]

Hope that helps.

It will eventually come off, the sun will fade the outline. I'm not sure about the slickness.

This is true. The other decal started coming loose and I just pulled it off and there are no outlines anymore. The actual decal, at least what I had, will get slippery.

"Slippery when wet"

They look cool and I like them. However when you run around the boat like I do, when your foot hits the decal and it has morning dew on it you will get a little surprise. Hopefully the surprise won't end up with you in the pond but I have fallen on my butt a couple times.
