I have a Vexus that came with flush mount helix 9 and 7 in the console and bow.

Right before my first break in service (about 25 hours) I noticed my front unit was no longer networked with the console unit (waypoints from console not showing up). I took It in for service and asked them to look into that. Got It back and all was good to go.

Shortly before my 100 hour service, I noticed the same thing was happening to the bow unit again. Seemed to have come un-networked. Then on the next trip the bow unit wouldn’t power on at all. So I take It in for 100 hour service and again when I picked It up they said It was taken care of.

Well the first time I’ve taken It out since picking It up a was two days ago. I was duck hunting so didn’t turn my bow unit on. But this time, I immediately noticed on my console unit that all my settings were gone. Sensitivity settings, time zone settings, shortcuts to screens, etc. That annoyed me but I wasn't fishing so I didn’t mess with It at the time. I just needed to see depth, which was there, and the map. But wait. The map (base map, no Chip) showed no water. Showed roads, towns, my waypoints, and my location cursor but where the lake should have been was yellow as if I was on land. Scrolled out and no lakes were showing up

Well I got through that trip and took It out duck hunting again today. This time, the map is showing nothing but a white screen and my location. No land, no water. Just white. Also all the sonar is gone. No DI no SI no 2d. It’s just gone. Not even an option to scroll to them through view. Go to menu and there’s zero menu options for and sonar settings. So right now I have a unit with a white screen for a map and that’s It.

I have not checked the bow unit yet.

Dealer is north Texas marine. Due to many things, I prefer not to take It back to them.
