Pure greatness Tim! Jaxon asked if Santa was going to wear his hat and also said he needs to revise his Christmas list so he can give it to Santa! I couldn’t help but laugh my tail off! What 5 year old uses the word “revise”? That kid never ceases to amaze me! Gonna be a fun day!

We’re going live with Santa at 7:30 am today guys! I got a dozen 12-14” Shadzillas yesterday and also went and looked for fish. Let me say the lake looked terrible and the fish were scattered as can be but I scanned for 2 hrs and was able to find a good pile of fish in 46 ft out in the middle of the main lake. We’ll be starting out with not much wind this morning and could really use some good luck. 🍀🍀🍀. See y’all on the water!

Good luck buddy. Sorry I didn't respond to you yesterday. My Texas Tornado confiscated my phone and used it until the battery was dead. Action was slow for us yesterday. 8 fish total a couple of 10 pounders and a half a dozen good size eaters. That was it. We drifted from 7:00 until almost 2:00 and the bite never seemed to pick up. Like you said, fish were scattered all over the place. Strange day for bait too. Picked off a few here and there but with the water warmed up a little they were scattered too.

Nice try on the live feed Chris, you worked hard. Some days are just for a peaceful boat ride I guess. Lol. Or maybe Santa was saying you were naughty?

I fished several hours yesterday morning and never got on them good. Few eaters and couple dinks, hooked outside the mouth on big baits and 10/0 hooks. Found one good bunch of big Fish, but no takedowns. Water was 58 to 60 yesterday, was 64 in my cove this morning and 60 out on main lake.

This morning I scanned 2 hours before I fished. Was watching you live but i dont know how to chat on youtube. Will learn. Finally found good mess and good bait, in spot i have never fished. But bite was slow. Lot of nibbles. Caught 6 0r 7, biggest about 6 lbs. 1 good takedown on a big bait, but was about like your big bite. I felt a couple head shakes and gone.

Wind went from about calm to 10 to 12 for a while, then up to 20 and gusty. Big white caps, rough ride in, as I went way down the lake.

But home safe and all good.

We took a total beating today fellas! We were on a huge pile of fish but just got chewed on all morning. I hooked a freakin Monster for about 5 seconds that was peeling drag and I couldn’t budge him so I know he was as least 50 but he gave me 3 or 4 slow tail whips and was gone!! We still had a blast fishing with Santa and will get back on track next go round!! Want to give a big thanks to my friend Chris Thompson for playing along with us today and can’t wait to do it again buddy!!

Chris I was able to log on for about 5 minutes before church, but by the time we got home the live stream was already over. Paxton thought it was awesome that yall got to fish with Santa and he was looking forward to asking him some questions but I could not figure out how to post comments from my iphone.

I could not post questions on my iphone either... sure it is just my lack of iphone smarts.

I kept the live feed going for a couple of hours or more, while I was fishing. Never did figure out how to post.
