White shrimper boots are hard to beat.

Also known as Cajun reeboks.

XTratuf. I saw a bunch of deck hands wearing them in Venice LA. Got a pair. They are great fitting and pretty comfortable. I don’t know where the negative reviews come from. I have worn mine a bunch with no issues. Everyone I know that has them likes them.

UnderArmor makes some really nice Gortex “type” mid high hiking boots called StormProof. They are all day comfortable and keep my feet very dry. They are around $70.

Bunch of ones such as Huk that are basically clones of XTratuf on Amazon. Some pretty good prices too.

I have dive boots for cold/wet, thick neoprene so they are warm and dry.

Got these at Bass Pro and love em! I can tie them tight, they have BF Goodish soles and if can sure get the boat wet and slimy. Haven't slipped in them yet!

I've worn my wading booties in heavy rain and cold weather and they worked well.

How well do those rubber boots hold up to sweaty feet under high humidity and high temperatures during the Texas summer? Or are they only used in cooler weather?
