Wondering if anyone has any good insider trading secrets they will share about Black Friday sales. Especially Bass Pro - Cabela's
Have a bunch of points saved up. Thinking about LiveScope or Lowrance... Lowrance 9" Carbon on sale now, and I have a coupon, but it runs out this weekend.

The BPS Black Friday ad is already floating around the Internet, the only deals that might be of interest for you are: Garmin 93 for $700 (give or take), a Garmin 106 for $1k (good deal) or a carbon 12 for $1,200 (edit: its $1,499 sorry). The livescope will have a $200 rebate, but neither has a discount at time or purchase.

If i were to go back and get livescope later, is the the Garmin 106 a good unit for the live scope? is that 106 for 1k have SV and DV ?
Have a 6 year old 73SV now and SV not so great but DV is. Looking to replace this unit. Recommendations?

The 106 comes with a gt54 transducer, which has side/down/2d sonar. It’s not as good as the current gt56, but the 56 is quite a bit more expensive. The price is really good, you have to decide if it’s worth it to you. They also have the 93 which also comes with the gt54, little bit cheaper, but the 106 is definitely an upgrade.

Well… went to 2 stores and tried on line and no Garmin 106…. That sale sucked.
Any ideas when there will be another good Garmin sale?
