Solid fish. I never been there but like the timber on the lake.

I've always thought it was one of the most beautiful lakes I've ever been to.

Pictures from the first time I ever fished it... about 8 years ago. Sure left a good impression on me.

first time I had ever seen one of these... and it was huge. Still lots of hydrilla in the lake but they have had to spray for giant salvinia and the lily pads are all gone on both extreme ends of the lake where the buoy markers are. Really nice facilities as the lake is relatively new... swimming area, ramps. fishing dock, rest rooms. cheers

Always enjoy your posts and pics. I haven't been to Naconiche this year. Tried to make our annual October trip but I got the Covid and was out of commission for the entire month of Sept and have been recovering ever since. Think I'm almost all the way back now and what could be any better medicine that hopping in the yak and feeling a tug! I might sneak out of here and head down early Sat morning. The weather forecast looks pretty calm for Saturday and Sunday. Perhaps I'll see some of you out there!
