I’ve got 2017 zx250 and can’t tell if the cap on the steering wheel snaps in place or is held by the six hex bolts. Can’t get the bolts to move and can’t get anything under the cap to pry it off. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks

If it’s like my Skeeter, it’s just a tight fit with a rubber o ring holding it on. Kinda like the buddy bearing cap. I just had to gently pry upwards on mine, while working around the circumference using a very small flat blade screwdriver.

I’ll give that a try. Thanks for the response.
