Why???? Electric filet knife is so much quicker

Why skin with pliers? There are cases where one wishes to cook on the bone and not lose the meat one loses by filleting.

Ok i get it.........I just don't keep cats that small.I have friends that like the small ones.........me any thing under 3 lbs and over 8 goes back in the water to fight another day.I really like that size filets but I understand the desire for fiddlers
