Better have a skillet in the boat with you and cook him on the bank,that looks like a short fish not 18 inches.

Many waters in MO do not have a min size on flatties... I'd give The guy the benefit of the doubt before inferring he may be poaching something.

Good video. I suck at cleaning fish so all the clips I see are helpful. I've gotten a little better.

This one was caught in the Missouri River. Different rules. However, I usually do keep a skillet in the boat with my butane stove. Love cooking in the boat. My wife and I usually make boat burritos.
