Fence was up when we bought the house. Was new construction 5 years ago at a time when the market was slow and houses weren't moving very fast. Builder had 7 houses completed and 4 slabs down. His floorplan payment was overdue to his bank at the time and this was his most expensive house so I made a lowball offer and he took it. When I say lowball offer it was like $50k below what it what it was listed for.

That would be too easy.

On most of them they come with two sets of orifices, one for LP and one for natural gas, then you just have to flip a diaphragm inside the regulator. I assume this one is different?




the one I installed here at the ranch was an either/or, came in either set up but had to be ordered as such. kits can be ordered too.
