3/0-5/0 Hayabusa FPP hooks.....depends on size of bait. Probably use 4/0 the most.

The catch that holds the plastic in place at the top of a Gamkatsu Flippin Hook is horrible about loosening and sliding down. It's a piece of junk. I use a lot of Gamakatsu hooks but I'll stick with VMC or Owner for flipping.

Like was already said...depends on the size and shape of the bait... braid, floro, or mono... if possible I prefer a stout straight shank worm hook, Mustad has some nice ones from 1/0 up to 5/0, also like the Gamakatsu EWG’s heavy wire for the creature baits that like to slide down the hook when punching grass... something to consider, most of the regular worm hooks will pull a good fish out of heavy cover no problem, and allow you pull them out of that piece of wood you thought was a fish and set the hook on...but them super heavy speciality hooks you spend the big bucks on, won’t give a little (bend) and allow you to pull it free so easy...just my 2 cents, have fun...

All depends on what fits the bait. But for me its typically a 4/0 or 5/0 Owner Flipping Hook.
