Probably 99% of it is just snake oil and voodoo water.
I gave the stuff about a $300 try. Tried "the best, most powerful" stuff and different brands. Result: Nothing.

I gave the stuff about a $300 try. Tried "the best, most powerful" stuff and different brands. Result: Nothing. Pretty similar experience minimal results for a pretty pricey investment so I gave it up and can’t tell much difference with/without.

Lot of research and a lot of money spent chasing what I became to feel was a scam. I know some people who swear by it, but I also know people who believe in Sasquatch and the Joe Biden presidency.

I think the passive stuff that is supposed to cure things is BS. The delta 8 however puts me in an excellent frame of mind...... My wife doesn't sleep well. A lot of it is diet but pretty often, she just doesn't sleep. CBD didn't help. Delta 8 (or something similar) vape has helped though. She wont go full throttle for the real deal stuff out of OK, CO, or CA though.

If it works for you, then great. But understand that that ymmv. Some people just don't absorb things as easily as others. Huge difference between my wife and I. She can take minimal dosages of naproxin or aspirin while I have to take more than the recommended amount to feel any affect most of the time.Back in the day when we would have anything to drink, one glass of beer or wine would knock her out while I could drink a 6 pack or a bottle of wine and be none the worse for wear.

Generally I like 7 or 8 margaritas, then I eat a gummy, that seems to be a solid recipe for me. Last night I had 2 gummies and slept great.

Where could a fella obtain said gummies. I sleep awful Delta 8 gummies I would try the Gas Pipe or some other tobacco or head shop. I have some gummies from the medical dispensary. 330 mg. A quarter of one drops me fast. I had some 110 MG gummies that were just right. These I got now are no joke.

I tried CBD for a month, at about $75. It did absolutely nothing for me. Maybe I’m too far gone
