Guys, wondering if the C-Map Reveal or Discover covers TX now? I have the Contour+ that came with the Live units. I know they have the Southeast card but do they have a card that covers TX and is it the latest? I look at their website and it is very confusing. When I zoom in to lakes like Rayburn and Conroe I just don’t see the detail…am I missing something? Thanks!

I like my Reveal card and love the depth shading.

I might be missing the same thing you are. I too had another recommend the C-map.
I need something that is plug & play like the Navionics card.

Texas is in the South Central card not south east.Thier are still lakes like any map that have not been mapped but it is an upgrade from the Contours Plus. More 1 ft contours than Contours plus.You can look at it online CMap.com

Larry, thank you for the advice. I did this and when I go to Sam Rayburn or TB I just don’t see the contours. A guy on BBC said same thing as you but I put in my zip and zoom in to those lakes and there really isn’t much there. Must be doing something wrong.

This is Reveal for South Central Go to the Lake you want to look at. Fill in the boxes accross the top put in Sam Rayburn Res Select Reveal and Regional Lakes Click on the right hand side called Layers and make sure HRB is On This link will be a small version so click on the Round with 4 arrows to expand full screen. Its all their just like on Units its all setup and picking the right settings LOL. Enjoy.

Turn off Location services so you can get where you want to go otherwise you fight your location vs where you want to go.

Go to website Click below

Search Charts C-Maps

Fill in the following Boxes

Location; Put in either where you live or what lake you want to look at.
Chart Plotter Brand; When you select your Brand and Model It gives you the list of Maps that work on Your Unit (No More Guessing)
Chart Plotter Model
Chart Product; Most People want to look at Discovery or Reveal. If you fish crappie or Bass Look at Reveal, If you fish all over the Us and Canada then Pick Discovery
Coverage; Put in Lakes Regional

After all the boxes are enters click on Search
A List of Maps will come up on the left side of the US Map Click on the one you want to explore. The boundary of that map will be displayed on the US Map
Next Go to the Round Button with 4 arrows upper right hand corner and click on That.
This Expands the map to full Screen and Displays an ICON call layers
Click on Layers and Turn on HRB High Res Bathy
Zoom in on the Map Boundary and Find your Lake zoom in till you see the contours
