Probably one of my favorite meals. Butterflied shrimp, cheddar biscuits, coleslaw, onion rings and tartar sauce. Much better than a restaurant.

looks really good. do you flatten out the shrimp after butterflying them? how do you do it?

After I butterfly them I apply the batter and place them on a cookie sheet pan to flatten the out. I put them in the freezer for a couple of hours before frying and they turn out great. Better than what you get at any SF restaurant.
