The digital tach all of a sudden stopped showing the engine hours. Now all it does is flash all zeros continuously. I have checked all connections and wires I can find, everything seems good. Any ideas?

It’ll live forever now!!! Just kidding. The engine hours are stored in the engines ECU. as soon as the gauge establishes a connection, the correct hours will be displayed.

Check the wiring harness under the engine cowling that goes to the gauge. Possibly it may have a loose or corroded connection.
