Looks a lot like the banana spiders we have all over East Texas but apparently invasive from Asia and only in Ga. and S.C.

A can of hair spray and a Bic lighter works pretty good, too.

I can do that with paper without wantonly killing native species. I knock plenty of webs down riding the 4-wheeler though.
