For you folks that live near Galveston and have the same problem....I recommend seeing Dr. Terry Siller in Tx City. He did my knee replacements ....great job and no more pain....great doctor.

My knees are a mess, I use bio freeze, it will ease the pain some but Iā€™m literally never pain free

Dr. Manju Singhal @Orthopedics and Assoc. in Flower Mound 972-420-1776 did both my knees (not at the same time grin)
He's a tell like it is sorta guy,straight shooter! thumb

Most knee issues are from torn meniscus , and arthritis , both are simple fixes do yourself a favor do not wait!!!
