Meredith retired after the 1968 season. He was 31. I liked Dandy Don although his last game as a Cowboy was a bad one. Played his whole football life in the Dallas area (HS, college, pro). Wow.... never knew Mt. Vernon was the Dallas area ...... do you even know Who Don Meredith is? You sure you’re a cowboys fan? According to Google they're 100 miles apart (Dallas to Mt Vernon). So Frankie Duck, what do you consider "in the area"? You ask am I'm sure I'm a cowboy fan? Don't ask such ignorant questions as they truly highlight your double digit IQ.

I’m in 100% agreement that he should be suspended for missing one test, let alone multiple. Weed being on the banned substance list is stupid to begin with, non performance enhancer that has positive effects on pain.. so if the Cowboys want to do something they should take a page from the NBA and work to get THC removed from the naughty list. Fighting a suspension for missed tests is just dumb.

So he had 7 no shows and 4 of them happened during questionable circumstances and were not rescheduled? What about the other 3?
And if the league truly doesn't allow suspension for missed tests...why would anyone ever show up to a test? That doesn't seem reasonable.
