While fishing on Cedar Creek (Spillway Hump) - a jet ski was pretty close with 2 riders.
They fell off and obviously didn’t have the safety bracelet on because the jet ski was going in circles around them. We were about to go over (and just let the ski hit the boat to stop it) when one of the riders was able to grab it and hop back on. Because so many of us fishermen/women have children, nieces, nephews, grandchildren ride jet skiis when they are on the lake - please make sure they are informed of the safety rules. It scares me to think what could have happened had this been a boat/motor. The safety boating course is a good place to start.
My great nephews (ages 12 and 6) were with me so it was a good teaching experience for what could have happened when you don’t follow the safety guidelines that are in place.

Please accept my apologies if I am breaking any rules by posting this to this website.
