I fished Cedar Creek for the first time Thursday and only caught a few small ones, I suspected it would be a tough day due to the full moon and the first cold front so I excepted the loss and remained optimistic that Saturday would be better, so with optimistic spirit I tried starting off on defined points dragging a c-rig, crank bait and then t-rig, nothing... I worked the points up to the seawall and then down the seawall into the cove hitting docks, still nothing but a couple of random dinks, I'm sure its just me and maybe the lake hates me but I did expect better (LOL)

Try Hitting docks with jigs and tubes in green colors, it will take a lot of fishing to find the docks that hold fish consistently but worth the work

hey Skeeter man, thank you for the advice, maybe I will give Cedar Creek another chance and focus better on the docks, there are only 8 million of them so how hard could it be (j/k LOL)

Concentrate on the eastern/lower end.

It's s good lake and just takes tme to figure out the fish. Try docks near points and funnel points
