Was informed that Josh Bingham, owner of Bingham Marine in Belton, TX. passed away Sunday afternoon due to Covid complications. Josh was only 39 years of age and in great shape before being stricken with the terrible virus. Prayers go out for his wife Randi and their 2 children. https://www.tributearchive.com/obituaries/22410171/joshua-luke-bingham

Terrible, delta variant is tearing through the unvaccinated these days. We have lost many people in our personal network over the last few weeks.

Terrible, delta variant is tearing through the unvaccinated these days. We have lost many people in our personal network over the last few weeks. I've posted alot in the OT about my own hospital stay from the Wuhan flu (and the doctors believed it was the Delta variant). For me, the time from exposure (daughter bringing it home from school) to hospital was only a week. Most people don't suffer serious symptoms, but those that do get hit hard and fast. Prayers sent for the family

It has hit very close to home lately, have lost two personal friends and have another fighting for his life, not sure if the vaccine is the answer but I got it even after having covid. One thing is for certain, if you do get covid don't F around, go to the doctor and get treatment right away, sadly the folks I know did not do that.
I am very sorry i did not pay my respects to the OP friend, thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family.

It may not be the answer and it may be bad in the long run, but it's definitely saved lives. Better to look stupid now than to be dead and never be able to look stupid again IMO. I fought it for a while against my nurse wife's better judgment and finally got it. Both her and my son caught the variant a month back, yes even with the vaccine, nothing is perfect, but to it's credit, I did not despite being around them 24/7. Thoughts out to anyone that are fighting or have lost their life to this terrible thing were all going through.

Wife is a Nurse practitioner seeing many covid cases daily vaxed and unvaxed it is hitting both. This variant and the others that will surely come, came along after the vaccine was produced. Wife and I are both vaccinated but taking vitamins like crazy because of the daily exposure. It is a man made weapon, no way to predict who will get it bad and who will get a mild case. Try to eat and live healthy including a good vitamin regimen, love your family and those around you, have faith in God, and for peats sake don't live in fear! Depression and suicide from covid lock downs, panic, and the hopelessness that is being projected is killing a bunch of people as well but that won't be reported. I am sorry for all of the loss and illness, I really am, but I refuse to crawl in a hole afraid to live. I pray for this good man's family, any loss is tragic!
See you on the lake and have a great day!

literally first response to OP. SMH. sorry for your loss How are you the first to respond... almost everyone has thrown out thoughts and prayers with the exception of one or two. Many have shown concern for everyone who has been lost and to stay safe.

Sad situation. I hate to see people die, especially when it could be prevented. Vaccines aren't 100% effective, but I don't know one person that has been vaccinated die. Maybe there have been some, but not near as many as the unvaccinated.

Many have shown concern for everyone who has been lost and to stay safe. He meant the first response was a libtard political post about not being vaccinated and vaccine shaming
