50 hp tohatsu will start and run for about 15 seconds, then quits?

does the primer bulb stay firm? will it keep running if you keep squeezing the bulb? how old is gas?
If gas is old, start with all fresh and add some sea foam to it, then run the snot out of it if it will keep running. If that doesn't fix it, check fuel filters and fuel pump.
