Are you running a inline fuel filter? If so is it before or after the pump bulb?

Have you got to run it since the new OEM pump bulb? No matter what else you might have, what you did should have stopped the bulb from collapsing. When you replaced the tank drops.. the screens were clear?

If that doesn’t cure it, a couple other things to check: 1. Does it have an anti-siphon valve where fuel line connects to tank? If so, sometimes they can go bad and stick open or closed. Obviously it would be stuck partially closed in your situation. 2. Make sure all your connections are completely air tight. If you are sucking any air at all it can result in fuel starvation at full throttle. You only need to check connections from fuel pump back to fuel tank. Very important, this also includes the plastic pickup tube in the tank. Any cracks in that tube will cause your problem.
Hope this helps, and report back what solves the problem.

Good point I did forgot to mention the anti siphon valve. Both of my tanks have them at the 90* on top of the tank. He may have an issue with them. Collapsing a bulb, there is a fuel restriction somewhere.

Yessir the anti-siphon valve could cause the collapsing bulb. But I mention the air leak because it sounds like maybe his bulb is not collapsing as much as it was before, per his latest post. Still a few other things it could be, but let’s try this first

And it should be added that a bulb will suck in a little under normal operation. Folks seem to think they should remain hard, which is not the case.

Your right they are not firm while the motor is running but should not collapse. Or at least I have never had one that did. Running a OMC bulb or a manufacturer bulb is key to me. Never had any luck with aftermarket ones in my almost 40 years of owning a boat.
