Well...in the battle of Cypress stump vs fiberglass Ultrex shaft, Cypress stump was victorious.

So, do y'all know of a shop with a quick turnaround to replace the shaft? I already have the TM in the truck.

That is awesome, kudos to the person who repaired your TM. Those stumps move if you don't watch em. I bet you had a couple of 4 letter words to say when it happened.

Go to Jones in Texarkana. He’s been trying fix simple stuff as it shows up for customers I send him. Carl takes weeks on our stuff here lately even on simple stuff.

shows he is closed today but a good place to take it. stopped to get a minor fix on an ulterra on a friends boat when we went to a tournament in arkansas.
looking back, he was rigging out skeeter fowlers new boat at the time, 3 yrs ago.

Hey man just did mine hit rock.If your original owner Minkota will send new shaft and armenture housing under warrenty.Order new seal kit .Dont let it set drain water or you will have trouble with brushes.Just pullprop and then the 2 bolts on skag housing and it will drain.You have to put your armenture ,brushes and plate in new unit.Hope this helps!
