What are some of your go to baits for largemouth bass fishing PK?

Once you get west of the DFW all you really need is a motor oil red flake power worm in clear water, or a blue fleck power worm in stained to muddy water.

Many baits work on PK but finding the fish is the hard part along with putting up with the dang wake boats.

Fish the bluff walls in the shade with a popper or a walking bait. The walls going up the river outside of Hell's Gate always produces. There are several pockets back in the rocks as well that have some good ones. Scan the walls and where a ledge sticks out, try a weighless fluke too. White works well, but any green/red combo is solid. Get there early, because at 10:30 or 11, you can't fish it well. Wake boats will beat you off the lake.

I've always concentrated on docks at PK. Some hold fish year round, some almost never do-you just have to learn which ones
produce and which ones don't.
