I get a lot of questions about this and was finally able to shoot a video with one of my Prostaff in Georgia that uses one… https://youtu.be/ABmPpO6Dp24

I bought one, and have tried many times to use it on my Pontoon. Have yet to see it do anything at all. It sounds way more "tinny" than the one in the video on mine. I suspect that is why it doesn't seem to do anything.

Give me a call to discuss. 972 689-4245. The thumper works on vibration vs actual sound. Jeff mounted one on the floor and he puts a towel under it to reduce the noise level. He mounted the thumper on his second boat on top of one of the pontoons.

We fished multiple spots on Texoma ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2021/09/full-56976-109984-8cf9664c_15d8_4577_b119_0b70bcc0dffd.jpeg) ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2021/09/full-56976-109985-432d96bb_39c9_4cda_aae5_dadf42917316.jpeg) ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2021/09/full-56976-109987-37f264b8_9040_455d_97e3_aec9b117580e.jpeg) and found fish at several spots. The morning bite was very sporadic with a few fish at each spot. Later in the morning we stopped on the flats west of Wachita point and made one long drift using shad and slabs. The four of us finished catching our overs and picked up a few box fish as well. It ended up being a pretty epic day. The fish really responded to the thumper and stuck with us for the entire 45 minute drift.
