this is disgusting. the attorney that took this case is scum
and I am not a fan of the band, music yes but they were not great people. Groll included , I do love his talent but thats it.

Nobody would have known it was him unless he bragged about it growing up. Now he plans to sue because someone probably said he could be a victim and get some $$.

Y'all should read the article...it's very telling.
The kid has posed several times in underwear or trunks for Anniversary events of the album...but yet he's suing for this??? He's also suing the original drummer of Nirvana that wasn't part of the band at the time of this release.
He's also suing for $150K from each of them??? Why only $150K from each. Something doesn't add up.
