I wonder if it includes royalties?

Worked on the ranch building cattle pens, welding and hanging gates one summer, then later working on drilling rigs out there on weekends during college. My dad and the local game warden used to guide owner, Ann Tandy, goose hunting there, in the 60's.

What is the price i never found it. Don’t know that it has hit the market just yet. I didn’t see a price either only that the listing would be coming towards the end of 2021.
