Anyone ever have a rod break and try to return it? I went to set the hook tonight and it snapped in half.. that is not normal and the rod is like a month old... Do I have a chance?

You'll have to go through the rod manufacturer to see if its covered.

Now this might be a crazy question....but have you tried calling Tackle Warehouse to ask them?
Only had to call in 3 times....and ive never had anything near a bad experience with them when it came to customer service. Give them a holler and theyll point you in the right direction to get you taken care of.

A lot of times retailers will have a 30 or 60 day period where they will warranty broken items, so I would contact TW first. I think it was American Legacy Fishing that did this for me one time--same situation, broke a rod on the hook set first trip out with it, and they took care of it on their end (was really pleased with their customer service by the way). After that window of time, you'd usually have to take it up with the manufacturer.
