Using Navionics, can you travel along the creek channel contours to avoid trees? Are most creek and river beds free of trees?

Really in my experience on Ray bob..............trees are everywhere. Have to go slow unless it's open water.

There are parts I would not feel comfortable running no matter what paths I had. North of Wolf island comes to mind
