Got to be careful by the time my parents retired at Cedar Creek when they was going build they was taxed out.

I'd also take a look at some smaller lakes like Amon Carter, Moss Lake in Gainesville, and Lake Nocona. Good luck finding one on Nocona, if it's worth what they're asking they sell the same day the hit the market, most don't even hit the market. I imagine those other two lakes are pretty similar.

good luck with that, I have been working in Rusk since 1989. It was called Lake Eastex back then. I don't know what the problems are, but I don't think it is any closer to being approved than it was 20 years ago. Last time I looked at their website , it had not been updated in years.. MO
