I don't think so...but I've heard of them covering your rod locker slamming down on them. But they didn't do full coverage. They took the old lenses and swapped them into a new frame for $40. They had to pay shipping back as well.

I sat on mine and just did the warranty claim online....got a new pair free of charge.

I had a screw back out and my lens fell out and shattered, they wouldn't cover it under warranty. Got them fixed but bought Maui Jims the next time I wanted new glasses.

Maybe try slamming what's left of your broken glasses in the rod locker and try the warranty claim again? =)
